I have a lot of out of state puppy parents, and a lot of them fly in, so they need a carrier for the plane. It doesn't have to be this exact one, BUT make sure it is mesh and very breathable!
If you like to take road trips with your pets, it's important that they are "buckled in" too! This would also be good for vet trips!

We recommend for you to get a harness for your new puppy, instead or in addition to a collar. It is important to protect the puppies neck as smaller breeds, especially Maltese can be prone to collapsing tracheas…harnesses have been proven to help with that.
